Prenatal Pilates

Congratulations! You’re having a baby. I’ve developed this series of prenatal sessions just for you. These workouts will make you feel and look your best while your body goes through an incredible transformation. I’ve had two babies of my own, so I understand how you feel as a pregnant Mama. But my street cred as an Instructor comes from hundreds of hours in continuing education and almost two decades’ worth of teaching Mamas just like you. Have questions? Send me an email. Postnatal Pilates

You’re a Mama! Congratulations. I know how you feel: tired, overwhelmed, and low on time for yourself. If I can recover from a four-inch ab separation (diastases) and all sorts of other glamorous symptoms post-babies, then with some PBW help, you can too. These short and meaningful postnatal sessions will help you restore your confidence and rebuild your body post-baby. Here are a few guidelines before you begin:
